JOINT RESOLUTION by Alexander

Claimant Recovery/Medical Liability; constitutional amendment to require that claimant receive at least 70 percent of first $250,000 of recovery in medical liability claim that involves contingent fee & 90 percent of all damages in excess of $250,000, in both cases exclusive of reasonable & customary fees & regardless of number of defendants. Creates s. 26, Art. I.
