GENERAL BILL by Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sansom

Notaries Public; requires notaries to provide services without charge for certain persons; requires notaries to maintain journal & record notarial acts; provides journal requirements; provides that failure to comply with such requirements may result in sanctions against notary public but shall not invalidate notarial act. Amends 117.05; creates 117.055.
