Commercial Real Estate Lien Act; creates said act; specifies conditions under which broker is entitled to lien on commercial real estate; requires recording of notice of lien; provides for enforcement of lien by lawsuit; requires written demand to initiate or file answer to such lawsuit; provides for alternative dispute resolution process; provides that brokers may place liens on property as provided by law, etc. Creates Ch. 714; amends 475.42.
