GENERAL BILL by Simmons
Mental Health; provides additional definitions of terms used in "The Baker Act"; includes mental health counselors among certain professionals required to assess certain mental health residents; provides for release of certain clinical records to certain persons for certain purposes; revises criteria & procedures for involuntary examination; provides criteria & procedures for involuntary outpatient placement, etc. Amends Ch. 394, 419.001, 744.704.
