PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care

Hospital Board Meeting/OGSR; (OPEN GOVERNMENT SUNSET REVIEW) amends provision re public-meetings exemption for certain portions of hospital board meeting; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act; deletes provisions that provide for repeal of exemption. Amends 395.3035.
