CS/CS/HB 535: Public Construction Bonds
GENERAL BILL by Murzin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Kallinger
Public Construction Bonds; revises form for public construction bond; requires all public construction bonds to be construed as statutory bonds; prohibits conversion to common law bonds; deletes requirement that bond forms used by public owners reference certain notice & time limitation provisions. Amends 255.05.
