GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Comprehensive Planning ; Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary
Construction Services/Prompt Payment; revises provisions re timely payment for purchases of construction services; provides procedures for project closeout & payment of retainage; revises deadlines for payment of subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, materialmen, & suppliers on construction contracts for public projects; requires payment provisions of all public construction bonds to be construed as statutory bonds, etc. Amends Chs. 218, 255, 95.11.
