Lottery/Unclaimed Prize Money/K-12; provides that all unclaimed prize money from lottery tickets, except instant lottery tickets, shall be deposited in Educational Enhancement Trust Fund; provides that unclaimed prize money deposited in said trust fund may be used only to provide funding for grades K-12 through Florida Education Finance Program; amends provision re said trust fund to conform. Amends 24.115,.121, 1010.70.
