Deputy James M. Weaver Act; provides death benefits for law enforcement, correctional, or correctional probation officers in certain circumstances; provides limitation on certain actions involving discipline, demotion, or dismissal of law enforcement officer or correctional officer; provides for written notification of such actions; provides exceptions to limitation; provides applicability, etc. Amends 112.19,.532; reenacts various FS.
