GENERAL BILL by Altman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Homan

Assets in Benefit Plans; exempts from legal process in favor of creditors or other claimants assets held in qualified tuition programs, in certain medical savings accounts, or in Coverdell education savings accounts; redefines term "benefit plan" & defines term "qualified minor's trust" as used in Fla. Uniform Transfers to Minors Act; includes benefit plans in types of property that custodian may be named to receive on behalf of minor, etc. Amends Chs. 222, 710, 733, 744.
