GENERAL BILL by Hays ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kreegel
Immunizations; requires certain assisted living facilities to implement program to offer immunizations against influenza viruses to residents; requires each district school board & governing authority of each private school to provide information to parents concerning meningococcal disease & its vaccine; requires DOH to adopt rules specifying age or grade level of students for whom such information will be provided, etc. Amends 381.005, 1003.22.
