Hearing/Speech/Merging Boards; merges Hearing Aid Specialists Board & Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board into new Board of Communication Disorders; provides for membership of new board; provides for type two transfer of powers, duties & functions, records, personnel, property, & unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, or other funds of former boards to new board; conforms provisions to changes made by act, etc. Amends Chs. 468, 484, 20.43.
