GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Construction Contracting; revises exemption for general contractors re requirement to subcontract construction of certain sanitary sewer collection, storm collection, & water distribution systems; provides requirements for grandfathering certified general contractors as underground utility & excavation contractors for purposes of qualifying business organizations performing such construction; provides for fees. Amends 489.113; creates 489.1185.
