Consumer Services; directs State Technology Office to integrate additional features into state's official Internet website; designates Consumer Services Div. within DOACS as state clearinghouse for matters re consumer protection, consumer information, & consumer services; increases registration fees for charitable organizations; increases health studios' registration fees; increases filing fee for operators of game promotion, etc. Amends FS. Appropriation: $2,760,000.
