GENERAL BILL by Health Care Regulation Committee ; Garcia

Medicaid; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN H6003) provides waiver authority to AHCA; specifies demonstration pilot project sites; provides requirements for managed care pilot projects; requires managed care plans to include mandatory Medicaid services & behavioral health & pharmacy services; provides for agency to establish & provide for funding of catastrophic coverage for recipients who exceed plan's risk capacity, etc. Amends 409.912.
