Sexual Offenders; requires law enforcement agencies to inform members of community & public of sexual offender's presence; requires sheriff of county or chief of police of municipality where sexual offender establishes or maintains residence to notify members of community & public of presence of said offender; requires certain information be given to community & public regarding said offender, etc. Amends 943.0435.
