SB 270: Weapons & Firearms

GENERAL BILL by Margolis

Weapons & Firearms; increases minimum terms of imprisonment imposed for possessing, discharging, or seriously harming another with semiautomatic firearm & its high-capacity detachable box magazine or with a machine gun; authorizes court to impose additional fine against person whose felony conviction is reclassified under certain specified circumstances because of person's possession of such firearm or machine gun, etc. Amends 775.087, 790.07.
