CS/HB 487: Public Construction Bonds

GENERAL BILL by Murzin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Garcia

Public Construction Bonds; revises form for such bond; requires all public construction bonds to be construed as statutory bonds; prohibits conversion to common law bonds; limits certain reference requirements to payment bond forms used by public owners & bonds executed by surety. Amends 255.05.
