PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
Employee Leasing Companies; requires that applicant for renewal license as employee leasing company have specified net worth; deletes provisions authorizing certain companies to submit financial statements that are reviewed rather than audited by certified public accountant; requires workers' compensation insurers providing coverage for such companies to provide certain information to rating organization, etc. Amends 468.521,.525,.529, 627.192.
