GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Argenziano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Correctional Probation Officer/FRS; authorizes certain employees to purchase additional retirement credit to upgrade prior service as community-based correctional probation officer to Special Risk Class service; provides that purchased credit shall be used to satisfy member's normal retirement date; authorizes employer to purchase such additional credit for employee; directs Statutory Revision Div. to adjust contribution rates set forth in specified provision, etc. Amends 121.0515.
