HB 991: Adult Protective Services
GENERAL BILL by Culp ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Homan ; Legg
Adult Protective Services; redefines "neglect" to include actions of vulnerable adult against himself or herself; provides that DCFS may petition court for order authorizing protective services for said adult in need of services. Amends 415.102,.1051.
