GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Diaz de la Portilla

Coordinated 311 Nonemergency System; defines term "coordinated 311 nonemergency & other governmental services telephone system"; authorizes DCA to accept & administer funds to provide grants for coordinated 311 nonemergency & other governmental services systems; requires department to award grants in order of priority; provides for award of grant to be contingent upon appropriation or availability of funds from private sources, etc. Creates 365.180.
