SB 1070: Custodial Interrogations

GENERAL BILL by Geller

Custodial Interrogations; describes circumstances in which oral, written, or sign language statement made by capital interrogee during custodial interrogation is presumed inadmissible as evidence against such person; describes circumstances in which prosecution may rebut such presumption; provides for preservation of electronic recordings; provides for admissibility of certain statements of capital interrogee, etc. Creates 901.241.
