CS/CS/CS/HB 109: Temporary Child Custody
GENERAL BILL by Anderson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clarke ; Culp ; Waters
Temporary Child Custody; removes provisions re putative fathers; defines term "extended family member"; authorizes said family member to bring proceeding in court to determine temporary custody of child; specifies information that must be included in petition for temporary custody by said member; authorizes court to redirect child support payments to said member; requires that court order payment of arrearages, etc. Amends Ch. 751.
