HMOs/Risk-based Capital Requirements; requires HMO to file reports of its risk-based capital levels, beginning on certain date; prohibits certain uses of such reports; authorizes Insurance Regulation Office to use certain documents for certain purposes; provides requirements for determining risk-based capital; requires certain HMOs to file copies of risk-based capital plans with insurance dept. of certain states, etc. Creates 641.224; amends 641.31.
