Florida Statutes; repeals specified provisions all of which have become inoperative by noncurrent repeal or expiration & pursuant to specified provision may be omitted from 2006 Fla. Statutes only through reviser's bill duly enacted by Legislature; amends provisions to conform to repeal of specified provisions. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 60 days after sine die
