GENERAL BILL by Wise
Court Functions/County Funding; deletes provisions re withholding of revenue sharing receipts from any county not in compliance with county funding obligations; deletes provisions that require transfer of withheld payments to General Revenue Fund by certain date; authorizes county to expend less than specified amount if difference is attributable to savings realized through technology; authorizes chief judge of county to certify any reduced expenditures, etc. Amends 29.008,.0085.
