Crimes Against Homeless Persons; directs Office of Attorney General to develop & provide to Legislature a report & recommendations re crimes against homeless persons; directs FDLE, in consultation with Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission & Fla. Criminal Justice Executive Institute, to develop telecourse to instruct state & local law enforcement agencies & operators concerning crimes against said persons & ways to deal with such crimes, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
