SB 2254: Local Funding for Schools
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Local Funding for Schools; clarifies provisions requiring that DOR certify to Commissioner of Education by specified date district & state totals of final taxable values for school purposes for prior year; provides for amount of state funds allocated to school district to be adjusted due to change in assessment roll required by final court decision. Amends 1011.62.
