GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Aronberg

Moving & Storage Services; redefines term "self-contained storage unit" to include smaller units; clarifies licensing requirements for household movers & moving brokers; requires moving brokers to register with DOACS; provides requirements & fees for such registration; requires mover's vehicles to display certain signage; provides for denial, refusal to renew, or revocation of registration of mover or moving broker, etc. Amends Ch. 507, 83.803; creates 205.1975.
