SB 348: Alimony & Support
GENERAL BILL by Margolis
Alimony & Support; provides that award of alimony may be reduced or terminated upon specific written finding showing that conjugal supportive relationship exists between obligee granted award of alimony & person of opposite sex with whom obligee resides; provides circumstances that court may consider when determining whether conjugal supportive relationship exists between obligee & person of opposite sex with whom obligee resides, etc. Amends 61.14.
