CS/SB 476: Guardians/Background History

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Guardians/Background History; provides procedures for completing guardian's criminal history record check; authorizes guardian to use electronic fingerprinting equipment that is available for criminal history record checks of public employees; requires FDLE to search all fingerprint cards received from each guardian & each employee of such guardian against fingerprints retained in statewide automated fingerprint identification system, etc. Amends 744.3135.
