Resale of Tickets; (THIS BILL COMBINES H515 & 589) deletes provision making sale or marketing of certain admission tickets at price in excess of $1 above retail admission price charged by original seller violation of Sellers of Travel Act in certain circumstances; provides that purchasing tickets in excess of specified amount with intent to resell those tickets is violation of Fla. Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act, etc. Amends Ch. 817, 559.9335.
