Public Medical Assistance Trust Fund; provides certain specified time periods for imposing annual assessment on hospitals in amount equal to certain percentage of annual net operating revenue for outpatient services; provides certain specified time periods for imposing annual assessment on health care entities equal to certain percentage of annual net operating revenue. Amends 395.701,.7015.
