PROPOSED BILL by Banking and Insurance
Health Care Clinics; redefines term "clinic" for purposes of Health Care Clinic Act to include certain additional providers; revises certain requirements for applying for licensure as health care clinic; requires person who is not a clinic & who seeks reimbursement for personal injury protection benefits to apply for certificate of exemption from licensure as a clinic, etc. Amends 400.9905,.991,.9935.
