Foreign Physician Licensure; revises criteria by which certain foreign-trained physicians may receive restricted license & apply to take certain portion of U.S. Medical Licensing Examination; defines term "international medical graduate"; provides references to statutory requirements & summary of options available for international medical graduates to become qualified to practice medicine in state, etc. Amends 458.3124; creates 458.3126.
