GENERAL BILL by Healthcare Council ; Kreegel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Porth

Health Care Clinic Act; revises definition of term "clinic" to exclude an entity that provides certain neonatal or pediatric health care services from licensure requirements; provides that part X of ch. 400, F.S. does not apply to certain clinical facilities owned by publicly traded corporations; provides definition. Amends 400.9905.
