GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Carlton

Florida Government Accountability Act [FPCC]; provides for Senate & House of Representatives to jointly appoint Legislative Sunset Advisory Committee to oversee review process required under act; revises schedule for reviewing state agencies & advisory committees; revises duties of OPPAGA; requires said committee to propose legislation if necessary; authorizes committee to exercise any powers vested in standing committee of Legislature, etc. Amends Ch. 11.
