GENERAL BILL by Safety & Security Council ; Harrell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Carroll

Criminal Conduct; defines term "mental injury"; exempts constitutionally protected acts from prohibitions on child abuse, aggravated child abuse, & neglect; conforms cross-references; redefines term "crime" for purposes of crime victims compensation to include additional forms of injury. Amends 827.03, 775.084,.0877, 782.07, 921.0022, 943.325, 948.062, 960.03.
