CS/SB 122: Child Custody/Not Modifying Child Custody [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Posey

Child Custody/Not Modifying Child Custody [LPCC]; prohibits court from modifying child custody during time parent is activated, deployed, or temporarily assigned to military service; provides limited exception; requires reinstatement upon parent's return from military service; limits application of prohibition. Creates 61.13002.
