Trust Funds/DOR/DFS [FPCC]; terminates specified trust funds within DOR; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust funds; prescribes procedures for termination of such trust funds; redesignates Federal Equitable Sharing TF within Department of Financial Services; amends provision re service charge on income of trust funds; amends provisions re deposit of registration fees from secondhand dealers & secondary metals recyclers, etc. Amends FS.
