TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Lynn
State University System Trust Funds [FPCC]; terminates specified trust funds within Board of Governors of State University System; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust funds; prescribes procedures for termination of such trust funds; redesignates Trust Fund for University Major Gifts as "University Major Gifts Program"; amends specified provisions re University Major Gifts Program; conforms provisions to changes made by act, etc. Amends FS.
