Debts & Debtors/Administration of Insolvent Estate; provides that debtor's personal property of specified value is exempt from legal process if debtor does not receive homestead exemption; provides limitation; clarifies that number of days for publishing notice re foreclosure proceedings excludes legal holidays; revises & expands duties of assignees; provides for enforceability of subordination agreements under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 222.25, 702.035, 727.103-.105,.108-.114.
