GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Saunders
Beach & Shore Preservation [RPCC]; restricts use of geotextile containers for emergency rigid coastal armoring; provides permitting for said containers; provides for development & maintenance of inventory of identified offshore sand sources by DEP as part of its comprehensive long-term beach management plan; provides for public review of maps of offshore sand sources; provides for inclusion of certain info. in DEP's annual funding request, etc. Amends Ch. 161.
