GENERAL BILL by Higher Education Appropriations ; Lynn
Community College/Baccalaureates [SPCC]; provides for community colleges that grant baccalaureate degrees to remain under authority of State Board of Education re specified responsibilities; authorizes community college to develop proposals to deliver baccalaureate degree programs in math & science which would prepare graduates to enter certain professions; provides guidelines & restrictions for setting tuition & out-of-state fees for upper-division courses, etc. Amends FS.
