SB 164: Screening for Communicable Diseases [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Geller

Screening for Communicable Diseases [SPCC]; provides legislative findings; provides that certain specified officers who have been significantly exposed to person in line of duty may demand that person, without need for court order, be screened for HIV, AIDS, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C; provides that if officer elects to demand that person be screened, officer must agree to be screened for same communicable diseases for which that person is being screened, etc. Amends 384.287.
