Technology to Supplement Visitation [SPCC]; defines term "electronic communication"; authorizes court to order electronic communication between parent & child; specifies factors court must consider before ordering electronic communication; creates rebuttable presumption in favor of telephone communication; requires each parent to furnish other parent with information necessary to facilitate electronic communication; provides applicability, etc. Amends 61.046; creates 61.13002.
