Crimes/Use of Minor to Facilitate [LPCC]; requires that forcible felony be reclassified to next higher degree if, during commission or attempted commission of offense, offender was 18 years of age or older & willfully used, conspired with, or otherwise involved person 13 years of age or older but younger than 18 years of age in committing offense or in avoiding detection or apprehension for offense, etc. Creates 775.0851.
