GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Water Treatment Facilities/Pasco Co. [RPCC]; creates pilot program to assess efficacy of anion exchange for removing hydrogen sulfide from groundwater; requires DEP to administer program; provides for program to fund construction of certain treatment facilities at water treatment plants owned & operated by specified utility company in Pasco Co.; prohibits PSC from setting rates that allow utility to recover from its customers moneys that are paid under program for treatment facilities, etc. APPROPRIATION: $6,000,000.
