Criminal Acts/State of Emergency [LPCC]; provides enhanced penalties for specified burglaries that are committed during state of emergency declared by Governor & facilitated by conditions arising from emergency; provides enhanced penalties for theft of certain property stolen during state of emergency declared by Governor & facilitated by conditions arising from emergency, etc. Amends 810.02, 812.014.
